Who This Is For
If you have no in-house IT, one overstretched internal person, or a provider you have outgrown, this is built for you. We are direct about fit — a conversation that ends in a referral elsewhere is a good outcome for both of us.
The Problem
Almost nobody moves because of technology. They move because of these.
You raise something and hear nothing. Nobody owns the problem and nobody tells you where it stands.
Things get fixed. Nothing gets better. There is no roadmap and no sense that anyone is thinking ahead.
No clear view of what is being spent, on whom, or whether the licences held are the right ones.
A customer, insurer or auditor wants answers about how you protect data, and nobody can give them.
Every new starter is improvised, and every leaver keeps access for longer than anyone is comfortable with.
Something is running. Nobody has tested a restore, and nobody knows what would actually come back.
What We Do
We run your IT, we plan and change it, and we supply the software that sits on top. Most customers start with one and grow into the others.
The day-to-day. Service desk, device management, patching, security, backup, user changes and monitoring — for businesses that want IT to work and someone to call when it does not.
Explore SupportThe change. Strategy and roadmap, Microsoft 365 design and migration, security assessment and remediation, Cyber Essentials readiness — for a specific project, or for having no plan at all.
Explore ConsultThe supply. Microsoft 365 and security licensing, right-sizing, renewals and one invoice — with advice on what you actually need, including recommending less.

How It Starts
Thirty minutes, no obligation, to understand the business and what is not working.
A review of the current environment — users, devices, licences and risks — written up plainly.
Scope, service levels and cost, in plain English, with the agreement attached in full.
A documented handover from the incumbent, with agreed dates and no gap in cover.
Questions
Response targets differ by service, so we do not publish a single number. The targets that apply to you are set out in your proposal, quote and agreement, and they match the contract wording exactly.
A twelve-month initial term, then ninety days' notice at any point. Exit assistance and data handover are written into the agreement, not negotiated after the fact.
No. We audit first, then prioritise. Anything that works stays. Change is sequenced around your operation rather than our preferences.
Yes, and often that is the better arrangement. We agree who owns what in writing, so nobody is standing on anyone else's work.
Yes. Macs are supported and managed alongside Windows devices, under the same agreement and the same security baseline.
We do not publish a rate card, because scope genuinely varies. You get a costed proposal after the review, with the charging model stated in full and nothing added later.
Coverage hours are defined in your agreement. Where out-of-hours or extended cover is required, it is specified and priced rather than implied.
Onboarding a typical small business runs to a few weeks. For context, BIG FULFILMENT's full migration from Google Workspace completed in three weeks, and Chrysalis Supplies had core systems live within 48 hours.
